Our customer care team is responsible for ensuring all people who contact LawnSavers Plant Health Care feel special -- customers, prospective customers, vendors, and others. Tasks include scheduling services and documenting interactions, qualifying in-bound leads and making sales or referring them to our outside sales team, processing receivables and performing other administrative functions as needed.

Our ideal candidate must have 5+ years of office administration experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Position Purpose: Supervise, train and lead a team of technicians to ensure great service for our customers.
