Call Centre Supervisor

Position Purpose: A leader skilled in training, creating momentum and reporting the results they have achieved in order to produce planned sales targets and achieve complete customer satisfaction while maintaining a pleasant and positive work environment.

Call Centre Supervisor

Compensation: $36,000 to $45,000 base salary plus commissions, bonuses, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, group RSP, plus LawnSavers' extensive benefit plan

Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, Various hours between10am-9 pm, Friday 9-7 pm with some Saturdays as season dictates, up to 44 hours per week


Qualifications

Field Service Supervisor  - Lawn Care & Christmas

Position Purpose: Supervise, train and lead a team of technicians to ensure great service for our customers. 

Schedule: Monday through Friday with seasonal Saturdays.
